Track & Trace

ASGC use FastWay Couriers and NZ Parcel Post as ASGC primary delivery company. The parcel will be sent out asap once the payment is confirmed with the trace number provide, The parcel normally takes 2-3 working days after sending out.

 

Trace number can be found after log into ASGC Website > My Account Information > Previous Orders > Order History

 

Trace your parcel or satchel

It’s easy to keep track of your parcels with the online Track & Trace.

1.       Go to our Order Tracking page under Information > Order Tracking

2.       Click the indicated courier company used for the parcels.

3.       Enter your label number in the Track & Trace Field.

4.       Click on “Go” to start trace.

 

The result of your search will now be displayed on your screen. If you need to search for another parcel / satchel, repeat steps 2 to 4.

 

Additional Services

Saturday delivery / Overnight Delivery will have additional surcharge for this service, talk to ASGC for further information.

 

Product Returns

a)       No product will be accepted for return without obtaining prior written authorization from AirSoft Gun Centre Ltd. Freight, handling and insurance charges will be at the cost of the Purchaser.

b)       If product was delivered incorrectly or with defects or damage, the purchaser must inform AirSoft Gun Centre Ltd within three days of receipt of the product. The notification must include all the necessary details of the incorrect delivery, defect or damage. If purchaser fails to notify AirSoft Gun Centre Ltd, the purchaser shall be deemed to have received the product in good order and condition and that the same had been delivered in accordance with the purchaser's order.

c)       Without express permission from AirSoft Gun Centre Ltd any product that has been authorized for return must be returned in a Pristine state.

d)       In the event AirSoft Gun Centre Ltd has agreed to refund for goods, the goods must first be returned to AirSoft Gun Centre Ltd in pristine state.  Pristine state is described as all original packaging, with all original parts, nothing damaged or dirty. Products not returned in pristine state may incur charges to replace the missing or damaged parts, or non refund of part or the entire purchase price.

e)       Please note that our staff will test all returned products to determine the nature of the defect or if the item is defective at all. If an item is returned as defective, and after testing it is deemed to have been in good working order, the item will be returned to the customer as it was received.  An amount of upto $60 may be charged for testing fees, handling, return shipping and insurance. This fee then needs to be paid before your non-faulty goods will be returned. Please test the defective item(s) prior to sending the item back for warranty service. This will save you time and money.

f)         Postage is not refundable.
